How do I contact support?

Login to the Frooition software

Click the Help tab

Click the Support Request tab

Click the Contact Us Button

Your details will be pre-filled but you may update them if they need to be different (for example if you wish the responses to go to a different email address).

Select your Request Type, type your subject and describe your issue.

You may also attach a screenshot

Submit your request.

You will receive an email copy of your request as well as the responses from the support team, you can also log into the support request system at any time to see the latest response and updates.
