No, unfortunately credits cannot be refunded if they are not used, however there are lots of different design extras available for all budgets and we have no minimum purchase amount so you only need to buy the amount you need. Read More

No, any credits included as part of a maintenance package need to be used in the month they were issued. If you have purchased design extra credits separately, these have no expiry date so will not expire at the end of each month. Read More
