eBay Inc. To Ask eBay Users To Change Passwords
| Earlier this month, eBay discovered a cyberattack on thier corporate
information network. Although an eBay database was compromised no
financial infomation was stolen and passwords where all encrypted. As a
precation eBay is asking all of its users to change their password.
As part of this eBay mandated security update, you may find that the link from your Frooition account to your eBay seller account has been expired. This link (or token) is used by Frooition to apply design to your store and listings, as well gaining up to date information about your listings to display back in dynamic sections of your design. The token is also used to list to eBay should you be using the Frooition listing tool.
If your token has been expired by eBay you will just need to renew this link within the Frooition software. When you log in to your Frooition account you will be presented with the option to renew your token if it requires updating. If you are not asked to renew your token, there is no need for you to take any action.
